Meanwhile, Choi Se Kyung learns about his father's underhanded tactics. Furious at his father's abuse of power, Se Kyung makes a bold move. For the first time, he defies his father and decides to testify in Yi Heon's defense.
On the opposing side, Jang Byung Chul, Park Dong Gyu, and their cronies try to sway Hong Jae Min to their side. They pressure him to testify against Yi Heon.
Later, Yi Heon meets with Jae Min. Witnessing Yi Heon's forgiving nature, Jae Min wrestles with a decision: should he appear at the prosecutor's office?
