Episode 4 of Love Andante delves deeper into the blossoming relationship between Na-gyeong and Ju-hyeong, as well as the challenges faced by the Peace Village residents.
The episode opens with Na-gyeong dropping Ju-hyeong off at his home, where he is visibly unwell. As predicted by Gyeong-ho, Ju-hyeong is in a sorry state, resting on the sofa while Na-gyeong prepares a quick noodle meal. Despite initial reluctance, Ju-hyeong's hunger and the enticing aroma eventually lead him to devour the entire meal.
Meanwhile, Ju-hui continues to avoid Gyeong-ho, aware of the compromising recording he possesses. Gyeong-ho later receives a call from Na-gyeong's father, who reports that everything is going well in the village. However, he omits the incident that led to Na-gyeong sharing a house with a man.
The following morning, Ju-hyeong awakens with a fever and a sore back. He is surprised to find Na-gyeong has covered him with a blanket and prepared porridge. Despite his complaints about the taste, he feels better after consuming the meal and applying a cold towel to his head.
During her morning run, Gyeong-ho inquires about Na-gyeong's feelings for Ju-hyeong, but she denies any romantic interest. While he doesn't entirely believe her, he drops the matter after issuing a warning. Gyeong-ho's suspicions deepen when Na-gyeong arrives late for work, explaining that she was caring for Ju-hyeong.
Elsewhere, the pregnant North Korean couple visits the doctor for a check-up. The doctors advise the mother to take it easy and provide her with supplements.
After eating and taking the medicine Na-gyeong gave him, Ju-hyeong feels better. He cleans up the dirty utensils left behind by Na-gyeong and tidies up the space.
In the evening, he goes for a walk and encounters Jun-mo. Their conversation about loneliness leads Ju-hyeong to admit that he came to the village to escape his celebrity life. The demanding schedule had exhausted him, and he sought a much-needed break.
Jun-mo acknowledges Ju-hyeong's feelings, explaining that everyone has their own reasons for coming to the village. He encourages Ju-hyeong to open his heart and heal during his time there. The conversation resonates with Ju-hyeong.
Later, Ju-hyeong visits Na-gyeong's workplace to express his gratitude. She is surprised when he jokingly criticizes her cooking skills but is pleased to see him feeling better. She is left speechless when Ju-hyeong thanks her for appearing in his life. After his heartfelt speech, Ju-hyeong quickly runs away. She spots him while driving home and offers to help push her car after it runs out of charge.
As they wait for the car to charge, they watch the stars together. A speck enters Ju-hyeong's eye, and Na-gyeong instinctively reaches out to blow it away. However, Jun-mo and Sang-ju witness this gesture and mistakenly assume they are kissing.
