Episode 6 of Love Andante introduces a new layer of tension and challenges to the peaceful existence of the Peace Village residents. The episode picks up where the previous one left off, with Na-gyeong seeking Gyeong-ho's assistance to handle the situation with Chan Yeong. Despite his initial reluctance, Gyeong-ho agrees to help.
Meanwhile, Chan Yeong catches some sleep and updates the manager on the progress. He refuses to kidnap Ju-hyeong and urges the manager to reconsider. Ju-hyeong, upon learning of Chan Yeong's stance, scolds him and insists that he leave the village that night.
For the rest of the day, Ju-hyeong faces the daunting task of hiding Chan Yeong. A few visitors drop by the house, and Ju-hyeong's evasive answers raise suspicions. Fortunately, no one delves deeper into the matter. Even Ju-hui notices Gyeong-ho's unusual behavior but chooses to ignore it. Na-gyeong, on the other hand, strives to maintain a normal appearance and cautions Gyeong-ho against reporting the incident to the higher-ups.
As nightfall approaches, the escape plan is put into action. Thankfully, Chan Yeong manages to slip away quietly, and Ju-hyeong engages in a sobering phone call with the manager. He agrees to hold charity concerts after leaving the Peace Village to appease the European investor.
After Gyeong-ho assists Chan Yeong's escape, an alarm sounds, causing Ju-hyeong to fear they have been caught. However, the alarm is related to the North Korean family expecting a baby. The mother is in labor, and Jun-mo calls upon the residents to help while summoning the doctors. The villagers rush to the couple's house and assist in transporting her to the clinic. Ju-hui excitedly records the event.
Relieved to discover they were not caught, Ju-hyeong's panic attack subsides. However, he falls ill. Na-gyeong decides to stay with him and take care of him. The other residents return home, awaiting the birth of the baby. The next morning, the woman is still in labor, and the doctors express concern about her well-being. Fortunately, she safely delivers the baby, but the newborn is in critical condition. Born prematurely, the baby struggles to breathe and has jaundice. The clinic, lacking the necessary equipment, calls an ambulance to transport the baby to the nearest hospital.
Unfortunately, due to sleep deprivation, Ju-hui unknowingly uploads the birth vlog online. The video quickly goes viral, attracting media attention. Upon hearing about the birth of a North Korean resident in the village, the Great Assistant contacts Gyeong-ho. Disturbed by Gyeong-ho's lack of information, he threatens the bodyguard, who ultimately reveals the truth about the birth. The Great Assistant then plans a visit to the village.
Meanwhile, Jun-mo faints after learning about Ju-hui's mistake. He is not the only troubled resident. Gyeong-ho and Na-gyeong worry about the potential consequences of the Great Assistant's visit. They attempt to speak with Jun-mo but find him indisposed due to Ju-hui's blunder. The episode concludes with the residents becoming aware of Ju-hui's mistake and expressing concern about the repercussions. Ju-hui profusely apologizes, explaining that it was an unintentional act.
