One inmate offered $200 to move in, and Geary promised to fix the leaking toilet within 24 hours. Overhearing this, "T-Bag" urgently sought out Westmoreland and "Tweener" to discuss countermeasures. They resolved to secure the cell occupancy rights at any cost. The greedy Geary raised the price to $500.
Upon learning that his son LJ had been arrested, Lincoln insisted on personally persuading him to follow Veronica's arrangements. She agreed to request this for him. Meanwhile, a demoralized "Tweener" failed to secure the money and was brutally beaten by another group of Black inmates. "T-Bag" claimed he could raise the funds through gambling.
"Haywire" finally remembered the map, but also recalled how Michael had previously framed him. Michael promised to take him along during the escape. In the laundry room, Manchee saw the wounds on Michael's back and connected them to the guard uniform Sucre had returned.
In an electronics store, a man addressed Nick as "Savine," reminding him not to forget his duties and to stay in touch. Meanwhile, Kellerman informed the Vice President that Lincoln's execution plan was being interfered with by his father's involvement. The Vice President decided to proceed with eliminating Lincoln without the "Company's" knowledge.
"T-Bag" and "Tweener" had a winning streak at the card table, but Geary raised the price to $700. Even after receiving Westmoreland's pocket watch, he treacherously went back on the deal, leaving "Tweener" and the others furious but powerless. Having learned of the escape plan, Manchee indicated he had a way to get Michael back into his cell.
Lincoln was granted permission to see LJ. Warden Pope warned him not to cause any trouble, and Lincoln assured him he wouldn't.
Michael told Warden Pope that the burns on his back were the result of Geary's attempted extortion. Skeptical, Pope personally searched Geary's locker, finding a roll of banknotes, the pocket watch, and the scorched guard uniform. Geary finally got his comeuppance and was fired from the prison. Michael returned to his long-absent cell.
The police van transporting Lincoln was hit and overturned by a large truck en route. The fate of those inside remains unknown.
