The explosive finale of The Outlaws' thrilling third season delivers a
whirlwind of twists, betrayals, and unexpected alliances. As the community
service crew strives to bring down The Dean (Claes Bang), their path is riddled
with obstacles and sacrifices.

The episode opens with a two-pronged attack. Ben (Gamba Cole), Rani Rekowski (Rhianne Barreto), John Halloran (Darren Boyd), and Myrna Okeke (Clare Perkins) infiltrate The Dean's house under the guise of plumbers, searching for a crucial hard drive rumored to contain incriminating evidence. Meanwhile, Gabby (Eleanor Tomlinson) and Greg (Stephen Merchant) orchestrate a clever distraction at the school of The Dean's children.
Their efforts seem to be paying off. Ben retrieves the hard drive while Gabby gathers information on The Dean's illegal activities. However, their victory is short-lived. Christian Taylor (Charles Babalola), lured by the promise of a hefty reward, betrays the team, providing a fake hard drive to Burgess (Ricky Grover). This deception backfires spectacularly, leading Burgess to brutally attack Christian and destroy the decoy hard drive.
With no other options, Rani and Ben make a desperate gamble. Rani proposes framing Ben for Smiler's (Rhys Yates) murder, exploiting racial prejudice and securing leniency for the remaining crew. This deal strikes a chilling chord, highlighting the corrupt nature of the justice system.
Meanwhile, Diane Pemberley (Jessica Gunning) stumbles upon incriminating evidence – a recording of Burgess boasting about their plan to frame Ben. This evidence proves pivotal as DCI Monroe (Rufus Wright) and Burgess arrive at the farm, ready to apprehend the crew.
A tense standoff ensues, culminating in a thrilling escape orchestrated by Rani and Ben. They manage to evade capture, while a wounded Christian disables Burgess, allowing Ben a chance to confront Monroe. However, the fight takes a dark turn when Monroe pulls out a gun.
The climax plays out in a heart-stopping showdown. In a last-ditch effort to save Ben, Rani offers to testify against him in exchange for lighter sentences for the others. Just as Ben seems doomed, a ray of hope emerges. Sergeant Lucy Haines (Grace Calder) arrives, alerted by Diane's recording. The tables are turned, with Monroe and Burgess apprehended.
Justice finally prevails as The Dean is also arrested by DS Selforth (Kojo Kamara), his freedom shattered.
However, the victory comes at a cost. Ben is framed for Smiler's murder, despite his innocence. Rani, realizing her preference for a life on the edge, chooses to leave, bidding farewell to Ben on a bittersweet note. A glimmer of happiness arises for Gabby and Greg as they embrace the news of their pregnancy. John and Myrna reconcile, offering a sense of closure to their troubled relationship. The season concludes with Haines and Diane forming an unlikely friendship, hinting at a future possibility.
The finale of The Outlaws delivers a satisfying resolution, tying up most loose ends. It masterfully blends high-stakes action with moments of emotional resonance, leaving viewers with a sense of closure while subtly hinting at the potential for further adventures in the future.
