   Synopsis of Season 1

In an era filled with righteous heroes, Christopher Smith, the "Peacemaker," stands out as a breath of fresh air. His story begins as an extreme pacifist, a character who is not only hilarious but also full of twists and surprises.

01

In Season 1, Chris and his "Suicide Squad" successfully thwart an invasion by the alien parasites known as "Butterflies," saving the world, yet no one recognizes them as true heroes. Now, his life hangs in a balance between retirement and unemployment, seemingly devoid of direction.

This time, Chris ventures back into the quantum realm, embarking on an even more bizarre adventure. There, he discovers a helmet identical to his own. Upon entering the password, he unexpectedly opens a door to a parallel world. In this new reality, his father is not an extreme racist, and even his brother is still alive!

However, behind this dreamlike existence lurks a tremendous crisis. In this parallel universe, another Christopher sees him as an alien invader, setting the stage for a tense chase and conflict.

And after the epic battle with the "Butterflies" and the death of his father (White Dragon), Christopher Smith's (Peacemaker) life has entered a new chapter—one filled with chaos and discomfort.

Physical Recovery and Inner Struggle: The episode opens by focusing on Peacemaker's physical rehabilitation. His iconic helmet, though repaired, feels more conflicting and unsettling when he wears it. The shadow of his father's death continues to haunt him, and he tries to mask his inner trauma with his usual crude and numb demeanor, but with little success.

02

Right from the start of Season 2, things take a major turn.

While walking his eagle, Peacemaker spots a door identical to his own. He enters his usual password, and the door unexpectedly swings open.

Peacemaker stepped inside and discovered, to his astonishment, that it was actually his former home. On the wall hung a poster of the "Top Three Titans" — featuring his father, his brother (whom he had killed with his own hands), and himself.

The next moment, something even more terrifying happened: his father, whom he had personally killed in the first season, appeared alive and well, speaking to him.

Peacemaker turned and bolted out the door. Little did he know, the gears of fate had once again begun to turn...

The story fast-forwards six months later.

After the "Butterfly Project," Peacemaker and his team have temporarily returned to their own lives, yet none of them can truly find peace.

Having saved the world, he thought he would finally become a hero.

He went for an interview with the "Justice Guild," earnestly and solemnly recounting his past, only to have Green Lantern and Hawkgirl on the review panel chatter endlessly about his butt.

Peacemaker overheard everything and, unable to bear it, stormed out in anger.

Afterward, Peacemaker went to see his comrade-in-arms and one-night stand, Amy, only to have her describe everything between them as "a mistake."

Now, he found himself losing on both professional and romantic fronts.

Returning home, Peacemaker decided to numb himself with alcohol and a naked party. It was then that he remembered the door once again.

Driven by desire, he opened that door one more time. Behind it was the family he had never had—a world where his father was not a genocidal maniac, his brother was still alive, and the three of them were respected heroes.

As he stepped into his room, Peacemaker even saw a photo of himself and Amy together. Everything seemed absolutely perfect.

But the next moment, a gun was pressed against his head.

The person holding it was the original Peacemaker of this universe.

It turned out that this was another parallel world.

The Peacemaker of this universe mistook the intruder for a shape-shifting alien invader and immediately began hunting him down without another word.

Once Peacemaker identifies a target, he shows no mercy—lethal force is the only option.

At the critical moment of their fierce struggle, the intruding Peacemaker activated his armor's mechanism, resulting in the death of this world's Peacemaker.

You heard it right—I killed me.

Now, how will this all end...

The above summarizes part of the opening plot of this season.

From the development so far, it appears that this season of Peacemaker's story will also explore the theme of the "multiverse."

A Peacemaker from a broken family, who personally killed his father, accidentally takes the life of another Peacemaker living a happy and perfect life.

At the same time, this outrageous leap across dimensions is bound to attract pursuit from an organization similar to a time monitoring agency.

The series retains its signature blend of grit, violence, raunchiness, and dark humor, while the production quality maintains the high standards of its predecessor. It's still very much worth watching.
