Back to 15 Season 2, Episode 1: A Double Time Jump

Episode 1 of Back to 15: Season 2 picks up where the first season left off, with Anita still navigating the complexities of time travel. However, things take an unexpected turn when she attempts to log into her Photoblog account and finds herself transported back to 2006, but with a twist: she's two months ahead in time.

The episode opens with Anita trying to access her Photoblog, only to be met with a frustrating roadblock. Joel, her friend and fellow time traveler, is logged into her account, causing a glitch in the system. This glitch results in Anita being sent back to 2006, but this time, she's landed in a reality where she has purple highlights and Luiza is mysteriously missing.

As Anita adjusts to her new reality, she realizes that she's landed on the day of the fifth Festival of Culture. She's scheduled to give a speech and perform a dance to a version of "The Ketchup Song." While navigating the familiar yet unfamiliar surroundings, she encounters Henrique, Fabricio, and a mime. However, Anita is preoccupied with figuring out how she's jumped forward in time by two months.

Meanwhile, Joel is also grappling with the consequences of his time travel. Confused and disoriented, he initially believes he's drunk. However, when he sees Fabricio, he realizes the truth: he's been transported back to the day he embarrassed himself during a magic trick at the Festival of Culture. Determined to rectify his past mistake, Joel decides to change his act to a poem.

Anita, noticing Joel's unusual behavior, quickly realizes that his poem is from the future. She connects the dots and confronts him about his time travel. Joel reveals that he signed into Anita's Photoblog account to get back at her for standing him up to go to Paris with Henrique. He expresses his desire to return to the present day, but Anita refuses, insisting that they must fix the timeline.

As Joel becomes increasingly frustrated, he lashes out, destroying Henrique's guitar and insulting a school official. He then demands that Anita delete the last picture he took with her. Anita, sensing an opportunity to return to the present, agrees to help him. By posting a new picture, they successfully trigger another time jump, but this time, they land in a radically different reality. Anita has moved from Paris to Sao Paulo and is engaged to Fabricio.

The episode concludes with Anita and Joel facing the consequences of their actions. They have altered the timeline in a significant way, creating a new reality that is both unfamiliar and unsettling. The question remains: can they find a way to return to their original timeline or will they be forced to adapt to this new reality?
