Back to 15 Season 2, Episode 3: A World Cup Wager and a Family Reunion

Episode 3 of Back to 15: Season 2 continues the time-traveling duo's journey to fix the timeline. The episode opens with Luiza returning home and engaging in playful bickering with her family. Anita, feeling a bit awkward after their kiss, rates it a six, much to Joel's disappointment.

As they contemplate their next target, Anita kisses Henrique and then asks her cousin, Carol, to accompany her. Carol, smitten with Henrique, can't stop talking about how he holds his guitar. Meanwhile, Joel hatches a plan to become rich by wagering on the 2006 FIFA World Cup. He consults his notebook, listing out his predictions: France eliminating Brazil, Italy winning the tournament, and even Zidane's infamous headbutt on Materazzi.

When Joel attempts to sit with a group of musicians, they refuse to let him near their instruments, still bitter about him destroying Henrique's guitar in the previous episode. To make amends, Joel offers to create a music video for them. If the video is bad, he agrees to disappear forever. However, if it's good, they must forgive him. Henrique adds a condition: if the video sucks, Joel must buy him a new guitar.

A group of bullies breaks Joel's camera, forcing Anita, Luiza, and their friends to intervene. With Bruna injured, Anita must step in and skateboard. Joel convinces her that it's necessary for their mission. Surprisingly, Anita proves to be a natural skateboarder, and the video turns out to be a huge success. Henrique and Joel finally mend their fences.

Carol and Douglas share a tender moment, while Anita and her father camp in their front garden. Anita promises to take her father fishing later. Meanwhile, Luiza and her mother reconcile as they watch Anita and her father camping. During her conversation with her father, Anita receives valuable advice that leaves her thoughtful and contemplative.

The episode concludes with Anita reflecting on her journey and the impact of her time travel. She realizes that even though she's changed the past, certain aspects of her life remain the same. The bond she shares with her family, the friendships she's formed, and the lessons she's learned are timeless.
