experiences. The episode opens with Luce and Daniel waking up, each haunted by

Luce, ever the investigator, confronts Nurse Ryan about a potential change in her medication. Meanwhile, Arriane attends a session with Dr. Howson, where they discuss her relapse and he assigns her a butterfly exercise to distract her.
At breakfast, Luce and Daniel share their fragmented memories of the night of the photo. Both believe Luce died that night, and when she mentions changes in her memories of the incident with Cam, Daniel connects it to Cassie's suspicions about Dr. Howson or the medication. Luce, hopeful of exposing Dr. Howson's manipulation, seeks guidance from Ms. Sophia Miriam.
