Murder Drones - S01E02 - Heartbeat

Uzi summons N to the landing pod, where she reveals the strange symbol that has begun appearing in her eye. This symbol seems to possess extraordinary power, capable of shattering mirrors with its mere presence. Uzi confides in N that she believes she is the pilot of the landing pod, a revelation that sends shivers down N's spine.

N questions Uzi's plan to destroy all of humanity, arguing that such a drastic action is unwarranted. However, Uzi's resolve is unwavering, fueled by a deep-seated anger and a desire for revenge. She accuses humanity of causing the death of her mother, a revelation that adds a personal dimension to her seemingly cold-blooded plan.

Meanwhile, V, chained to a chair, watches the proceedings with a sinister glint in her eye. She hints that the Worker Drones may not be as innocent as they appear, suggesting that their past may be shrouded in darkness.

Back at Outpost 3, a Worker Drone is tasked with repairing the damage caused by N's intrusion. As he works, he notices J's lifeless body moving on its own. His curiosity piqued, he investigates and is horrified to discover a monstrous creature emerging from J's body.

At the Murder Drones' nest, Thad arrives with news of several disappearances at the bunker, prompting Uzi, N, and Thad to investigate. In Outpost 3, the creature that emerged from J's body uses holographic illusions to trick and assimilate other Drones. Arriving at the bunker, Uzi, N, and Thad discover a box of something known as Absolute Solver. Uzi suspects that Absolute Solver is a program within the Murder Drones that rebuilds its host whenever their body is destroyed.

Tragedy strikes when Thad is taken by J's Absolute Solver, which has grown into a massive robotic creature. Uzi and N must rescue their friend and confront the terrifying entity. The Absolute Solver claims to know about Uzi and her mother, taunting her with knowledge that she thought only she possessed. When Uzi refuses to be intimidated, the Absolute Solver unleashes its fury, killing Khan before her very eyes.

Shocked and devastated, Uzi is unable to fight back. However, N steps in to save her, destroying the Absolute Solver. Despite his heroic act, Uzi recoils in fear, causing N to run away, heartbroken.

The episode concludes with a shocking revelation. The dead Khan is revealed to be a hologram, and the real Khan arrives to investigate the scene. Meanwhile, back at the landing pod, V's chain is shown to be broken, suggesting that she has been manipulating the situation from the shadows.

A flashback reveals that Doll, one of Uzi's classmates, possesses telekinetic powers, similar to the Absolute Solver's symbol that has begun appearing in Uzi's eye. Doll is seen sitting alone, staring at a photo of V, hinting at a deeper connection between the two.
