While Emiliano rushes Lucia to the hospital, Alex is met with hostility from the Lobos, who blame him for Lucia's critical condition.

Following her interview, Paula and Roxana are mobbed by admirers. Paula experiences a surge of anxiety and PTSD, leading Fabian to intervene and take her away. At home, a heated argument erupts between Fabian and Roxana as he accuses her of exploiting Paula for fame. Roxana, unapologetic, insists that Paula is a miracle.

Yola contacts Carla, demanding payment for the interview. Carla, still recovering from her miscarriage, requests more time. Yola, threatening to reveal David's involvement in Moncho's murder, pressures Carla to pay up.

As Carla is discharged from the hospital, David showers her with affection. However, Carla remains distant, focusing on finishing Yola's exclusive. Peyote, limping and vengeful, arrives at the hospital, intent on killing Daniela. However, Daniela is quicker and kills him first.

The Lobos, stunned by Peyote's death, are further devastated by Ulises's arrival. Emiliano, rejecting Ulises's help, is left to deal with the aftermath alone.

Charro, furious about Peyote's death, vows to make the Lobos pay. His lawyer struggles to devise a plan, but Charro's anger blinds him to reason.

Brenda confronts Javier about his continued support for Emiliano. Javier, emphasizing the importance of saving their family, explains his actions. Brenda, revealing her affair with Mauricio, claims they are even. Javier, deeply hurt, believes their marriage is over. Brenda, though heartbroken, insists that love requires more than just empathy and sacrifice.

Overwhelmed by the events, Brenda seeks counseling from Fabian. During their conversation, she discovers Paula's online presence. Fabian, shocked and angry, confronts Roxana, who admits to exploiting Paula for fame. Fabian shuts down the laptop and orders Roxana to leave.

That night, Daniela and Emiliano sit by Lucia's bedside, consumed by guilt and grief. Daniela, blaming herself for not recognizing Lucia's struggles, is comforted by Emiliano. As they fall asleep, Alex sneaks in, pleading with Lucia to wake up.

Charro, furious with Emiliano, threatens to ruin the deal with the investors if Daniela doesn't control him. David, frantic, confides in Carla, who is shocked by the revelation. Carla, determined to expose the truth, calls Daniela, warning her about Yola's expose.

Daniela, overwhelmed by the news, tries to prevent Carla from publishing the exposé. However, Carla, believing in the importance of justice, insists on going forward.

Barroso, the mysterious figure hired to kill Moncho, demands more money, threatening to reveal the truth to the police.

Lucia finally wakes up, bringing immense joy to the Lobos. However, their happiness is short-lived as they refuse to let Alex see Lucia, believing him to be a bad influence. Lucia, insisting on Alex's innocence, reveals her struggles with drugs before Alex's arrival.

Charro, pleased with the land permit, pressures David and Javier to sign a new contract that excludes Emiliano. The lawyers, hesitant to agree, are forced to reconsider when Carla's exposé is published.

The Lobos, returning home with Lucia, are devastated to learn about Carla's exposé, which reveals Emiliano's involvement in Moncho's murder.

The episode concludes with a chilling encounter between Lupita and Barroso at Gabito's grave. Barroso, demanding more money, threatens to expose Lupita's role in Moncho's murder.
