Walter and Jesse work around the clock in the lab and finally manage to make the delivery smoothly.
Jesse complains to Walter about getting too little money, but Walter refuses to listen. Walter and his family are taking care of Hank in the hospital when Hank’s colleague arrives to inform them that there’s a sudden surge in drug-related incidents.
Walter reflects on everything he’s done while sitting in his car, and Skyler comes over to ask if he’s safe. The doctor checks on Hank’s recovery progress. Marie hopes Hank can start physical therapy soon so he can walk again.
Hank’s insurance company won’t cover the best rehabilitation treatment for him, so Marie decides to find the top physical therapist for Hank. Jesse goes to see Saul, who advises him to launder his money first.
Walter meets with Gus. He says Tuco’s cousins initially targeted him but were manipulated into turning on Hank instead. Walter suspects Gus has a more sinister plan, but he can’t break free from Gus’s control now.
Skyler is comforting Marie at home when Ted suddenly shows up. Marie goes to take a shower, leaving Ted and Skyler to talk. Ted confesses his feelings to Skyler, but she’s not willing to discuss such things with him right now.
Jesse is dissatisfied with his current situation and plans to deal drugs secretly. He steals drugs from the lab without Walter’s knowledge.
Marie intends to seek help from the media, and Walter and Skyler want to assist. Skyler takes the initiative to offer to pay for Hank’s treatment, lying that the money is all Walter won at the casino.
Skyler tells Marie a story to cover up Walter’s drug-making activities, and Marie agrees to accept their help. Skyler urges Marie not to tell Hank any of this.
