
Hank is extremely irritable due to his rehabilitation therapy. Marie gives the bill to Skyler, who says she can cover the cost.

Walter suspects Jesse stole the drugs and keeps a close eye on him. Jesse is furious when he learns his friends can’t sell the drugs and decides to step in and sell them himself.

Walter returns home for dinner, and Skyler talks to him about Marie’s bill. Walter immediately gives her a check. Skyler questions whether the money has been laundered, so Walter takes her to Saul’s office.

Saul explains Walter’s entire money laundering process to Skyler, who doubts the choices Saul has made for Walter. Jesse gets involved with a woman from the rehab center and discovers she has a son.
Skyler offers Walter a better suggestion: use the drug money to invest in a car wash. Jesse chats with his girlfriend at home; she asks him for some drugs, but Jesse refuses.

Saul disagrees with Walter investing in a car wash and insists Walter stick to his plan. Jesse learns that his girlfriend’s oldest son is Tomas—the same kid who killed Combo. It turns out Gus recruited Tomas into his drug cartel and used him to murder Combo.

Hank refuses to eat, and Marie enters to inform him he can be discharged this weekend. Hank insists he won’t leave the hospital until he’s fully recovered, leaving Marie furious.
Skyler and Walter discuss the investment; Skyler says she’s willing to help Walter launder money. Walter doesn’t want to involve Skyler, but Skyler bluntly states she never divorced him.

Walter receives an invitation from Gus to dinner at his home, where Gus offers him advice. Jesse is determined to avenge Combo and goes to Tomas to buy drugs.
